7 experiences to live and love Puglia with me

Walk down the cobbled stone streets of the centro storico and admire the contrast of the blue Puglian skies and the white-washed buildings. Welcome in the “heel” of the “boot” of Italy.
1) Eat and drink like a Apulian
Prepare your palate for the tastes of the South. Puglia is known for their savory and authentic cuisine! You will visit beautiful fortified farm houses also known as masserias from the 16th century. There you will discover the art of cheese making, the intricate process of olive oil production and the romance of wine tasting.
2) The Trulli Experience
Walk through the magical streets of Alberobello and embrace the charm of the town! You will have a chance to see unique conical roof buildings known as Trulli, which became a landmark of Unesco Heritage. You will discover past traditions of Apulians and the origins of Trulli
3) La Dolce Drive
Zoom through the town streets like a local in a classic Fiat 500. You will drive to Polignano a Mare where you will take a pit stop at one of the best Gelato Shops in Puglia. Afterwards, we will drive to the most iconic beach of the region and take a scenic walk in the centro storico.
4) La vintage vita
Relish living the dolce vita with us in a vintage Fiat 500 from 1966. We will go for a scenic drive to Savelletri, a fisherman’s port in the south of Puglia. The port is known for its peculiar coast towards the north as there are many white washed buildings from the 1800s on the cliffs. You will drink a refreshing Spritz just as the Italians do before strolling in the town!
5) Trekking Tour & Picnic for lunch
This hiking tour is perfect if you want to leave the crazy Italian traffic and take pleasure in the quaint and charming countryside of Alberobello. One of the first things you will notice when driving in Puglia is the natural beauty. The rolling hills of the Pugliese landscapes, with the majestic olive groves make the perfect magical backdrops.
We will trekk to Monte San Nicola and show you the best panoramic view of Puglia. Then we will enjoy a typical Italian lunch to tie in the afternoon perfectly
6) Walking Tour en el centro storico
With a tour guide, you will walk through the centro storico of Monopoli where you will travel back in time, without the time machine! Like many of the towns in Puglia, it is built of white stone, with ancient white-washed buildings that perfectly contrasts with the blue Puglian skies. You will discover beautiful stone cathedrals and churches and learn the history of their origins. You will visit charming artisanal shops and savor a few of their typical products. The walk will be concluded with the best gelato of the city!
7) Handmade Pugliese Pasta Cooking class
A pinch of laughter and a sprinkle of fun, come cook with us under the Pugliese sun.
Enjoy an unforgettable afternoon in the Apulian countryside while you cook a delectable and traditional lunch with Mamma Maria. A unique way to experience a sit down family meal — the Italian way!
